According to RealityTvWorld, "Helen Phillips, a 47-year-old retired retail manager from Sterling Heights, MI, was crowned the show's third-straight female champion during last night's live broadcast of The Biggest Loser:


Couples' finale on NBC. Helen -- who also became the show's oldest champion ever -- began the competition at 257 pounds and weighed-in at 117 pounds during the finale, giving her a 140-pound weight-loss and a 54.47% weight-loss percentage."

No one was sure until the last minute who America would vote to compete as a finalist in the Biggest Loser 7 finale. Between Mike Morelli and his dad Ron Morelli, America chose to send the show’s youngest player ever to compete against winner Helen Phillips and Tara Costa. Mike’s been an inspiration to young and old, and with a 207 pound total weight loss, there’s no doubt he’ll continue to be that.
