While I was busy in the sedate environs of our nation's golf championship, Artie Lange hijacked the debut of Joe Buck's new HBO show Monday, an event of Bissinger-ian proportions that is sure to dominate the blogosphere today.

Not surprisingly, Artie is talking about all this with Howard Stern this morning. The only surprise is that "joe buck artie lange" ranks only 11th on Google Trends.
(UPDATE: It's 9:12 a.m., and now Joe and Artie are No. 1 on Google Trends! That's more like it.)
Good heavens. HBO likes to generate buzz - Bissinger or otherwise. It certainly got some Monday.
